Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop is Now the Official Coffee Sponsor of Ohio State Athletics

DUBLIN, Ohio (July 10, 2012)-Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop will continue to serve Buckeyes fans its Always Fresh premium blend coffee for the 2012-2013 season as the Official Coffee Sponsor of Ohio State Athletics.

The sponsorship was made possible through a partnership with Sodexo and Ohio State IMG Sports Marketing. Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop has been exclusively pouring in all Ohio State athletic venues, including Ohio Stadium, The Schottenstein Center, Bill Davis Stadium, Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium and St. John's Arena.

With more than 75 restaurant locations in Columbus, plus Nationwide Arena and Huntington Park, Tim Hortons is prioritizing convenience in its U.S. headquarters' hometown. 

"Buckeyes fans appreciate a great cup of coffee. More cups of Tim Hortons coffee and hot chocolate were served in just one game last year, than in the entire previous season," said Mike Meilleur, Tim Hortons senior vice president operations, U.S. "We're excited to share our always fresh coffee with Buckeyes fans in addition to our Game Day Donuts."

Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop will kick-off the season serving fans as the Buckeyes face the Miami University RedHawks at the 2012 football opener on September 1.
