Guest Statement: Corporate Reorganization

Thank you for all your messages and feedback. It’s been a difficult week at Tim Hortons. We have had to make some tough but necessary decisions as we reorganized our company for future growth and serving our guests. We greatly appreciate the service and contributions of all of our employees and are treating departing employees with the utmost respect, including generous and unparalleled severance packages, continuing health benefits and outplacement services. This process has also created tremendous opportunities for some of our employees in new roles and promotions.

We are confident the new organization will be faster and better positioned to grow and respond to our guests’ needs. Tim Hortons headquarters will remain in Oakville, ON and we will continue our significant involvement in long-standing community programs such as Timbits Sports, Tim Horton Children’s Foundation, Coffee Partnership and other charitable and sustainability programs.
