OAKVILLE, ON, Sept. 5, 2012 - Tim Hortons announced today that tea lovers across Quebec will now be able to enjoy the comfort of a premium quality Loose Leaf Steeped Tea.
Tim Hortons' unique blend of real Orange Pekoe tea leaves is steeped through a process that gently coaxes out the flavour to produce a consistently delicious cup of tea. New pots are brewed every 20 minutes, providing Quebeckers on the go with a great tasting cup of tea, like if they were at home.
"Tea consumption habits have increased over the last few years and we see Quebec tea drinkers as a growing market," said Dave McKay, Director of Brand Marketing for Beverages, Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons restaurants will continue to carry a wide range of speciality tea, such as Green, Earl Grey, Peppermint, Chai, Chamomile, English Breakfast, Honey Lemon, Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry White and Pomegranate White.
